What we offer
You get a one-year license for the FRINK ANALYTICS LAB (support included) free of charge! Within the first 90 days, we will ask you for feedback on our product. After the 90-day feedback period, you can still use the tool for 9 more months – and further optimize your collaboration environment.
What is FRINK ANALYTICS LAB?
The FRINK ANALYTICS LAB processes collaboration data from various Cisco sources with different formats, normalizes and stores them in a fast and reliable database. The data is visualized in interactive graphs in real time – providing you with crucial information to measure your business impact and plan for your collaboration infrastructure. The FRINK ANALYTICS LAB allows you to:
- monitor trends and user behavior
- detect incidents quickly
- optimize usage and costs
Not only lightens the FRINK ANALYTICS LAB the burden of IT managers by giving them an instant overview of all collaboration activities, but it also enables non-engineers and less tech-savvy service desk staff to troubleshoot and find the famous needle in the haystack within minutes. Who are we looking for?
To get more experience regarding installation, usage and maintenance of the FRINK ANALYTICS LAB, we are looking for friendly customers who grant us an in-depth look into call volume, call quality and device usage of their Cisco CUCM cluster. We are looking for companies with the following characteristics:
You have an on-prem Cisco Collaboration environment with one or more cluster(s) of
– CUCM
– Expressways
– CMS
– Telepresence Endpoints
